One of the most frequently asked questions is how you can change the productivity setting of an application. So here’s a step-by-step tutorial to help you out.
Go to your page (the My DeskTime tab). You’ll see the different applications you’ve been using.
See the cog to the right of the name of each application? Put your cursor on it, and this window should appear:
If you’re the administrator of the account, and if you’ve defined different employee groups, you’ll be able to either change it for the entire company, or only for one employee group.
Orange is unproductive, grey is neutral, and green is productive.
